When I had enough money in my wallet to be able to go to restaurants, I finally learned that this is the most delicate food and, of course, I really liked the cream of mushroom soup from German cuisine recipes. I read this recipe for mashed potato soup with mushrooms in an ordinary cookbook published back in the 80s.

I also love making creamy soups.
