As I grew older, I became interested in culinary travel, discovering the amazing cuisines of the world. My goal is to show that everyone can cook deliciously and simply. I want to share my discoveries to make cooking accessible and joyful for everyone who seeks warmth in every packet of spices and every piece of bread.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
