A healthy, warming, winter drink that is very aromatic and tasty! Imagine a cold, snowy Christmas evening. You spent a long time running around the shops looking for gifts, and you were frozen to the bone. You return to the food-smelling space of your home, but the cold does not want to let you go and you continue to shiver. It is for such occasions that a culinary recipe for mulled wine, a hot wine drink, was invented. Mulled wine has faithfully served Europeans for thousands of years. The classic recipe calls for red wine, but there are options made from white wine, with the addition of juices or tea. We will make a classic version.

Pour the wine into an enamel pan, never into an aluminum one. Otherwise, an unpleasant odor will appear.

I usually add half a teaspoon of all the spices per 0.75 wine.

While the mixture is heating over the fire, gradually add sugar. And stir constantly. Under no circumstances should the mixture come to a boil. Otherwise, the mulled wine will be destroyed. Therefore, we try to keep it on the lowest heat for 15 minutes.
STEP 8

Pour the finished drink into a glass container with a wide neck. Serve warm. You can vary the recipe as you wish. The basis is only the cooking technology.
