Mother-in-law's tongue salad with zucchini, tomato paste and pepper

How to make mother-in-law's tongue salad from zucchini, tomato paste and pepper for the winter? Prepare the necessary ingredients
STEP 2

Cut the zucchini in half, then cut into thin slices and in half again. I’ve come across recipes with this name and diced ones, but for me it’s more familiar.
STEP 3

Cut sweet bell pepper into strips
STEP 4

Grind the garlic in any way possible - the fastest way to do this is in a blender
STEP 5

Remove the seeds from the hot peppers and chop them.
STEP 6

Place all the chopped vegetables in a large enamel container and add salt.
STEP 7

Add sugar
STEP 8

Pour in vegetable oil
STEP 9

Add spices to taste - I used a little cloves, allspice and hot peppercorns
STEP 10

Dilute the tomato paste a little with water and add it there
STEP 11

Pour in the remaining water
STEP 12

Mix well and put on fire, bring to a boil
STEP 13

Cook for 25 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly, either covered or without it (as in my case)
STEP 14

Now pour in the vinegar, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
STEP 15

While the salad is cooking, wash the jars, and I boil the lids for 2-3 minutes
STEP 16

Roll the salad into jars, turn it over and wrap it in a blanket for a day
