Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Let's prepare the dough: Pour 300 milliliters of kefir into a bowl and add 150 grams of sugar. Add 65 milliliters of vegetable oil and mix with a mixer until smooth.
STEP 2
In a separate bowl, sift through a fine sieve 170 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 4 tablespoons of cocoa.
STEP 3
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry mixture and mix with a spoon, and then with a mixer until a homogeneous smooth mass.
STEP 4
Bake a pie! A mold with a diameter of 20 centimeters, grease the bottom and sides with vegetable oil and pour in the prepared dough, spreading it throughout the entire mold. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick or wooden skewer. Let the finished pie cool completely.
STEP 5
Let's make the chocolate glaze! Pour 4 tablespoons of sugar into a saucepan and sift through a fine sieve 2 tablespoons of cocoa, add 4 tablespoons of milk and add 15 grams of butter. Place on the fire and cook with constant stirring until a smooth, homogeneous mass. Let the finished glaze cool completely.
STEP 6
Pour the cooled glaze on top of the pies and spread it over the entire surface with a spoon. The pie is ready! Cut and enjoy its delicate taste. The consistency of this dessert is moist and very chocolatey, and it is extremely easy to prepare!
