  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make minced meat with mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese in the oven? Prepare your food. You can prepare minced meat yourself from any type of meat, or you can use ready-made meat. Place the minced meat in a spacious bowl. Peel the onion and chop finely. Add chopped onion to the minced meat. Alternatively, you can grate the onion. Break one egg here.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Salt the minced meat to taste and add some spices. Ground pepper and dry herbs such as dill or parsley will be enough. Mix the whole mass well. It is convenient to do this by hand.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Line a baking tray with foil or baking paper. Lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Divide the resulting minced meat into 4 parts and roll into balls. Place them on a baking sheet and press down a little to form flat cakes. Make small indentations in the center.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Remove the canned champignons from the jar, drain the juice. Cut the champignons into pieces and place in the middle of each meat nest. You can also use fresh mushrooms. They will need to be pre-fried in vegetable oil.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

To prevent the meat nests from falling apart during baking, wrap them around with bacon. To make the dish more flavorful, it is best to use smoked bacon. Wash the tomatoes and cut into rings. Place them in each nest.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Sprinkle the tops of the nests generously with grated cheese. Take natural, high-quality cheese, without vegetable fats. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for about 30-40 minutes. Cooking times and temperatures may vary. Read more about how to choose the baking time and temperature in the article. The link is at the end of the recipe. Place the finished nests on plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!

Julia! You are simply a Miracle! Thank you so much for this most gorgeous, simple and terribly tasty recipe! At first everything looks a little complicated and troublesome... In fact, everything is simple and fast. And incredibly tasty! I prepared everything according to the recipe. Minced meat in the proportion of 80 g beef / 20 g pork. Smoked brisket, tomato, cheese on top. I overcooked the mushrooms with onions. Cooked for 30 minutes (200 degrees). It turned out so juicy! All ingredients are chosen perfectly. Definitely in your piggy bank and your favorite Recipes 🥰
