STEP 1
How to make minced meat with mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese in the oven? Prepare your food. You can prepare minced meat yourself from any type of meat, or you can use ready-made meat. Place the minced meat in a spacious bowl. Peel the onion and chop finely. Add chopped onion to the minced meat. Alternatively, you can grate the onion. Break one egg here.
STEP 2
Salt the minced meat to taste and add some spices. Ground pepper and dry herbs such as dill or parsley will be enough. Mix the whole mass well. It is convenient to do this by hand.
STEP 3
Line a baking tray with foil or baking paper. Lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Divide the resulting minced meat into 4 parts and roll into balls. Place them on a baking sheet and press down a little to form flat cakes. Make small indentations in the center.
STEP 4
Remove the canned champignons from the jar, drain the juice. Cut the champignons into pieces and place in the middle of each meat nest. You can also use fresh mushrooms. They will need to be pre-fried in vegetable oil.
STEP 5
To prevent the meat nests from falling apart during baking, wrap them around with bacon. To make the dish more flavorful, it is best to use smoked bacon. Wash the tomatoes and cut into rings. Place them in each nest.
STEP 6
Sprinkle the tops of the nests generously with grated cheese. Take natural, high-quality cheese, without vegetable fats.
