STEP 1

Let's prepare such products. Boil 3 eggs. Clean and wash the champignons.

Peel the onion and chop finely.

Heat a frying pan with oil. Lightly fry the onion, add the champignons and fry until tender. I simmered it with the lid on first, then without it. And until ready. Remove from heat and let cool.

Fill 2 slices of toasted bread with water or milk. Then squeeze out the water. Take our minced meat, add 1 raw egg, salt and our squeezed bread. Knead the minced meat, or better yet beat it. If you want, you can add pepper to taste.

So, let's prepare the filling. Cut the boiled eggs and salt the champignons to taste.

Take foil and spread the minced meat in a rectangular shape, 1 cm thick.

Now wrap the roll. Seam side down. We do this using foil. You can take a mold and bake the roll in a bread pan.

Wrap and curl the edges like candy. Next, wrap it in another layer of foil so that all the juice remains inside. During the baking process, a lot of juice will be released.

Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, open the foil and fry for another 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
