STEP 1
How to fry minced meat with mushrooms in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be taken from any type of meat. It can be pork, beef, chicken or veal. I will cook with minced pork. You can use not only champignons as mushrooms. These can also be wild mushrooms. Then they must be boiled first.
STEP 2
Rinse the champignons in running water to remove dirt, dry and cut. Each mushroom can be cut into 4-6 parts. There is no need to grind it too much. Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop.
STEP 3
Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Add chopped onion and fry for a minute until translucent. The onion will become a little softer.
STEP 4
Then place the chopped champignons in the pan. Stir and fry them together with the onions for another 3-5 minutes.
STEP 5
When the champignons change color and slightly decrease in size, add minced meat to them.
STEP 6
After 5 minutes, add salt and spices to the minced meat. I add ground pepper, paprika and dried basil.
STEP 7
Fry everything together for another 10-15 minutes over low heat. The minced meat will begin to brown. Remove the finished minced meat with mushrooms from the heat and serve hot. Can be supplemented with any side dish or fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
