An impressive and tasty dish! Made from ready-made minced pork. I grated the carrots and onions, which made the minced meat tender and soft. Instead of white bread I used breadcrumbs. I mixed everything. She formed balls, made small depressions in them, poured grated cheese into them and put them in the oven. After 20 minutes, I took out a mold with nests. Added yolks to them and baked for another 20 minutes. I used two yolks for four nests. The minced meat and cheese nests turned out great in the oven!
