STEP 1

How to make minced chicken pancakes in a frying pan? Start by preparing the necessary products according to the list. Minced chicken should consist of breast meat, without any skin or fat. Therefore, it is preferable to make the minced meat yourself by grinding the breast in a blender or passing it through a meat grinder. If you wish, you can add your own spices to taste: paprika, suneli hops, spices for chicken, etc.
STEP 2

Peel the onion and cut into very small cubes. So that the onion is not felt at all in the cutlets, you can pass it through a meat grinder. If you or your children do not like onions, you can not add it to the pancakes at all.
STEP 3

In a bowl, combine minced chicken, onion, eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon until smooth. Chicken pancakes differ from cutlets in the consistency of the dough - it is semi-liquid. Pancakes should be spooned into the pan rather than molded by hand.
STEP 4

Add starch to the minced meat and mix thoroughly. You can use any starch - corn or potato. You can replace starch with flour.
STEP 5

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spoon the dough out with a tablespoon, forming even, medium-sized round pancakes.

Fry the pancakes for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. The exact frying time depends on your pan, the thickness of the pancakes and the heat level.
STEP 7

Transfer the finished juicy minced chicken pancakes to a plate and serve. Bon appetit!
