An excellent recipe for quick baking for tea. According to GOST, milk shortcakes are simply prepared from publicly available products. I didn’t pay attention to the size of the shortcakes, but in vain. The author advises making them with a diameter of 10 cm. I cut out the shortcakes with a mold with a diameter of 5 cm. In 12 minutes at a temperature of 210 degrees, my shortcakes dried out a little and turned out harder than necessary. But this did not affect the taste in any way. I think in my case 10 minutes would be enough. The shortbreads turned out delicious, quite sweet, with a milky taste. The tea party with them was a great success! Thanks for the recipe!

I found this shortbread recipe relatively recently, but I’ve made it many times already, but I always add a pinch of salt to the dough) Everyone really likes it, thank you! Just today we finished these shortcakes (I cut them out with a cake tin and sprinkled them with poppy seeds) And again I need to bake something for tea). Without thinking twice, I replaced the same dough for the shortcakes, but added cocoa to it (by eye), sprinkled it with coconut shavings and cut it out with a donut mold)) When baked, I sprinkled a little more powdered sugar on top. Since the dough was not rolled out thinly, it turned out similar to chocolate gingerbread) Thanks for the recipe!! If it works, I’ll attach a photo
