  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to simmer meatballs in tomato sauce in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. It is better to use mixed minced meat, from pork and beef, taken in equal parts. Meatballs made from this minced meat will turn out juicy and tasty. To make the dish less caloric, you can use minced poultry. Minced meat can be minced from fresh meat or used ready-made.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onions and cut into cubes. One onion will be used for preparing minced meat, the second for sauce.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the carrots, peel and grate.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

In a bowl with minced meat, add finely chopped onions, salt and ground black pepper to taste. If desired, you can add any other spices and seasoning for meat. Those who like spicier and more savory dishes can add dry adjika. Mix the mixture thoroughly until the minced meat has a uniform consistency.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Form the minced meat into small balls. It is more convenient to do this with your hands soaked in water. Roll the balls in wheat flour poured into a bowl. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and put on fire. Place the meatballs in the pan.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Fry the meatballs in hot oil over medium heat, turning them with a spatula, until golden brown on all sides. This will take approximately 15 minutes. Remove the finished meatballs from the pan.

  7. STEP 7

Add a little vegetable oil to the frying pan and fry the cooked onions and carrots over medium heat, stirring, until lightly browned.

  8. STEP 8

I often cook this dish using this recipe, and I’m happy with the result. But you can also bake meatballs in the oven.

I decided to make meatballs in tomato sauce in a frying pan for dinner using this recipe. I took home-made minced chicken from poultry chicken fillet. Seasoned the minced meat with grated onion, pepper and salt. I rolled the minced meat balls in flour and fried them in odorless oil. Separately, I made a sauce from sautéed vegetables and tomato paste. Then I stewed the meatballs in the sauce for half an hour as recommended by the author. An excellent dish made from simple and affordable ingredients. It's very easy to cook. The meatballs turned out tender, juicy and aromatic, the tomato sauce is perfect for the meat balls. Both adults and children liked the dish. I served the meatballs with pasta, topped with sauce. And nourishing, and tasty, and with any side dish. Nice recipe! Many thanks to the author!
