    How to make meatballs in cream sauce? Prepare the ingredients. Let's start with the meatballs. Peel the onions and finely chop with a knife.

    Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it. Fry onions in oil until transparent.

    Place the minced meat in a bowl. You can use a ready-made one or make it yourself from any meat. Of course, a dish made from mixed meat: pork and beef will be tastier. Add fried onions to a bowl with minced meat, beat in a chicken egg. Add a couple of tablespoons of breadcrumbs, salt and ground black pepper to taste.

    Knead the mass thoroughly so that the minced meat is uniform in consistency and the spices are evenly distributed throughout the mass. Cover the bowl with minced meat with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour; thanks to this cooling, the minced meat will become more plastic.

    With your hands moistened with water, form small balls from the minced meat - meatballs, roll them in flour.

    Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. Remove the meatballs from the pan.

    Let's move on to preparing the creamy sauce. Place a piece of butter in a frying pan and melt it.

    Add a couple of tablespoons of wheat flour, fry it until golden brown. Pour in the cream, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. If desired, you can add any other seasoning to the meat. Stirring the mixture constantly to prevent the flour from forming lumps, bring the sauce to a boil.

    Place the meatballs in the pan in the sauce. Reduce heat to low and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer the meatballs in the sauce for about 20 minutes. If it seems that the sauce has thickened or boiled away, you can add a little water. Turn off the fire. The meatballs are ready.

For the second course I decided to cook meatballs in cream sauce. The meatballs turned out very tasty!
