    How to bake meat in pumpkin in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the vegetables thoroughly, preferably with a brush. Then dry them. Thaw the meat in advance if necessary. Mine is pork tenderloin. If you have meat with bones, cut it off and remove the bones. Take a pumpkin that is wide and slightly flattened. Such a size that it fits easily into the oven and onto the baking sheet.

    Cut the pork into medium-sized cubes.

    Cut the peeled onions into half rings, not too thin.

    Peel the bell pepper from seeds and chop coarsely. You can cut it into strips thicker than onions.

    Chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a press.

    Cut the lid off the pumpkin and scoop out the entire middle with the seeds with a spoon. Do not throw away the lid, but set it aside. Leave the pulp. It is advisable to select a pumpkin that has thick flesh. Another good thing in this dish is pumpkin, which is a bit dry but still juicy.

    Fry the chopped pork pieces in a frying pan in vegetable oil until light golden brown. Stir with a spatula from time to time.

    Cover the pumpkin with the previously cut top. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the pumpkin until fully cooked. This may take you from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours. The exact time depends on the characteristics of the oven and pumpkin.
