    How to bake meat in pots with potatoes, cheese and mushrooms? Prepare your food. Take boneless meat; shoulder blade or neck are perfect. You can also use any mushrooms. It will be easier for everyone to cook with champignons. Pre-boil wild mushrooms depending on the variety.

    Wash the meat and dry it well - excess moisture will prevent it from frying. Trim off excess fat. Cut the pulp into medium-sized pieces.

    Peel the potatoes, cut into large cubes, place in a saucepan and cover with clean cold water. Let it cook over medium heat. After boiling, reduce the heat. Boil the potatoes for about 15 minutes, adding salt at the end.

    Carefully wash the champignons with water; it is very convenient to do this with a sponge. Then dry the mushrooms and cut into large pieces.

    Heat a frying pan over high heat, pour in vegetable oil for frying. Place meat in oil. Fry it, stirring until the color changes, about 5 minutes. Then reduce the heat slightly and fry for another 10 minutes. Finally, salt and pepper the pork. Then remove the meat from the pan. Meanwhile, the potatoes will be ready, drain the water from them.

    Return the pan to the heat, adding a little more oil if necessary. Add the onion and fry it, stirring, for a couple of minutes. Then add the mushrooms to the onion and salt them. Fry the mushrooms for about 10 minutes until the liquid has evaporated and lightly browned.

    Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

    Take baking pots. I have a volume of 560 ml. Two in the photo and two more of approximately the same volume behind the scenes. Place some potatoes on the bottom. Place a layer of meat on it. Spread mayonnaise on top.

    Next, add a layer of mushrooms fried with onions. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.

    Place the pots on a baking sheet and cover them with lids. Bake the dish in the oven, preheated to 180°C, for 20-30 minutes. The exact time will depend on the features of your oven and the size of the pots. My oven bakes slowly, I cooked for 30 minutes. For dinner I decided to cook meat in pots with potatoes and cheese. I prepared the ingredients according to the list, cut the meat into small cubes and fried it in a frying pan. My potatoes are homemade, they cook very quickly and boil easily, so I didn’t pre-boil them. Mixed potatoes with mayonnaise and spices. I placed them in pots in layers, first a layer of potatoes, then fried meat and mushrooms on top. I put the pots in a preheated oven, baked them for 45 minutes, then took them out, sprinkled them with grated cheese and left them for another 7-10 minutes to melt the cheese. The second one I prepared today according to the recipe was meat in pots with potatoes and cheese. Since the dish is being prepared with champignons, I took the recipe without thinking, the combination of meat and mushrooms is my favorite. I had 250 grams of meat, a little champignons - 6 pieces. I took more potatoes, I like it when there is a lot of side dish in a dish. I cut the potatoes into pieces and boiled them, fried the meat (I had pork), and also fried the champignons along with onions. I put the prepared products in two 0.5 liter pots, filled them to the top, and put them in the oven. After 30 minutes, the dish was ready, it turned out very appetizing and very tasty! Since the dish was prepared without adding water, the mushrooms remained dense and aromatic, not overcooked, I really liked this method of preparing meat with mushrooms. Thank you very much!
