STEP 1
To prepare meat with mushrooms in a sauce in a frying pan, take the pulp of pork or any other meat, fresh or frozen mushrooms (in this case, boiled and frozen chanterelles), carrots and onions, cream (here - 20%), butter, salt and pepper .
STEP 2
Lightly heat the onion in oil until translucent, add carrots, lightly fry, place in a deep saucepan or saucepan.
STEP 3
Rinse the pork, pat dry with a towel and cut into small pieces.
STEP 4
Lightly fry the pork in the same pan, adding a little oil. Place in a saucepan with vegetables.
STEP 5
Chop the chanterelles, leaving the small ones whole. Lightly fry
STEP 6
add flour, warm it up a little with flour and dilute with cream, bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper - preferably freshly ground pepper from a grinder.
STEP 7
Pour the resulting sauce over the contents of the saucepan. Simmer the meat and mushrooms in the sauce for about half an hour. Serve with a side dish of mashed potatoes, pasta or rice, buckwheat - in any case it will be very tasty!
