The meat cheesecake turned out amazing! Soft, juicy, with a delicate egg yolk inside and a delicious cheese cap on top. Consolidation! I prepared it quickly using the simplest ingredients. For minced meat I took pork ham - about 250 g. I ground the meat in a blender along with two pieces of white bread (70 grams). I beat an egg into the minced meat and added salt (I didn’t add any spices). Mixed everything well, added a couple of tablespoons of water, it makes the minced meat juicy and tender. I beat the minced meat on the bottom of the bowl, after which it became denser. Having formed a ball, she placed it on a baking sheet, made a depression in the center, carefully cracked one egg into it, added mayonnaise in a circle and sprinkled grated cheese on top.
