STEP 1

How to make meat cheesecake? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take pork with a small amount of fat to make the finished dish juicier. You can use any cheese, the main thing is that it can be easily grated.
STEP 2

Cut the required amount of meat and pass it through a meat grinder, thereby turning it into minced meat. Soak a slice of loaf in milk for a couple of minutes until it is well soaked.
STEP 3

Then squeeze the loaf a little and pass it through a meat grinder after the meat. Add the ground loaf, egg, salt and some spices to the minced meat. Mix the whole mass well. Then beat on the bottom of the bowl. To do this, take the minced meat with your hands and throw it into the bowl. The beaten meat mass will become more dense, so the finished products will not fall apart.
STEP 4

Form the meat mass into a ball and place on a baking tray, greased with a small amount of vegetable oil. Press the ball a little with your hand and form a small depression in the center.
STEP 5

Break an egg into the center of the meat cheesecake and add a little mayonnaise in a circle.
STEP 6

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and generously sprinkle the meat cheesecake with it. Place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
