Meat cake with cheese cream

Cut the onion into medium cubes.

Fry until light golden.

Add the minced meat and fry until cooked, carefully breaking up any lumps. If water is released during frying, wait until it evaporates completely. Add salt and pepper during the process.

Finely chop the green onions.
STEP 5

Break three eggs into a bowl, add sugar, sour cream, and whisk until smooth.
STEP 6

Mix flour with soda.
STEP 7

Quickly combine with egg mixture.
STEP 8

Add minced meat and onion to the dough, mix.
STEP 9

Place the dough into the mold. The silicone one can only be greased with oil; it is advisable to sprinkle the metal one with flour or breadcrumbs. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

For the cream, grate the cheese curds on a coarse grater.
STEP 11

Bring milk to a boil, add cheese.
STEP 12

Heat over low heat, stirring until the cheeses dissolve. Add Provençal herbs.
STEP 13

Cover the finished cream with cling film and leave to cool.
STEP 14

Remove the finished cake from the mold and cool.
STEP 15

Cut the cooled cake in half.
STEP 16

Spread the cooled cream over the cake layers and top of the cake. Finely chop the dill and sprinkle on top of the cake. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
