My whole family and even guests love mashed potatoes. I prepared it for the holiday, served it in portions, sprinkled with chopped parsley. The puree went well with chicken and vegetable salads. Fried onions have a sweetish taste; they add a special flavor to boiled potatoes. Well, if you mash it with butter and milk, it’s absolutely delicious! The puree turned out tender, literally fluffy, with a creamy soft taste. A very tasty side dish.

I made mashed potatoes with fried onions and butter according to this recipe for dinner. We love these potatoes very much, and then I came across this recipe on the website. You have no idea how much my child loves fried onions) Boil the potatoes until tender in salted water. Added butter and milk, mashed the potatoes. While the potatoes were cooking, I peeled more onions, washed them and cut them into cubes. Fry the onion until golden brown in vegetable oil. Mixed mashed potatoes with butter and fried onions. How delicious the dish smelled. I served mashed potatoes with onions with baked fish for dinner. This is the perfect combination. The puree according to this recipe turned out soft, tender and very appetizing. Delicious! Great recipe! Thanks to the author 😊

Great recipe! You should get a smooth puree! I can also recommend adding finely chopped pickled cucumbers to the already prepared puree for variety (it’s better to take those with a low vinegar content, of course, for example 6 acres). Stir the cucumbers into the puree and eat. I can eat this side dish just like that - as a main course, I won’t have to drag it away by the ears!)
