We take the jars in which we will place the cauliflower. Place currant or cherry leaves on the bottom. On them we put a horseradish leaf, parsley-dill and a few cloves of garlic. For spiciness, add a pod or two hot peppers. Of course, you definitely need to add black peppercorns and bay leaves. A few more cloves for flavor.

First put the sweet peppers on them, and then the cabbage. It needs to be compacted.

First pour boiling water over the vegetables.
STEP 9
After 3-5 minutes, pour out this boiling water and pour the hot marinade into the vegetables, which we make as follows. Boil a liter of water in a saucepan or saucepan, add two tablespoons of salt and one teaspoon of sugar. Pour half a teaspoon of vinegar into a jar for the marinade.
