How to make kefir pancakes with cheese and sausage? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take the highest grade flour. Kefir should be at room temperature, so remove it from the refrigerator in advance. Salt does not dissolve well in cold kefir. You can take kefir with a fat content of 2.5-3.2%. Vegetable oil for frying should be refined and odorless.
STEP 2

Peel the boiled sausage from the factory film and cut into small cubes. Instead of boiled sausage, you can use smoked sausage or any other boiled-smoked meat: ham, carbonate, neck, ham, balyk sausage, etc.
