Liver stacks with minced meat and cheese
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make liver stacks with minced meat and cheese? Prepare all necessary products. Minced meat can be made immediately or defrosted. If you use minced chicken only, the stacks will turn out lighter. You can take any liver, pass it through a meat grinder. Peel the skins of the potatoes and onions and rinse with water.
STEP 2
Pour water over chicken eggs and place over medium heat. Cook for about 10 minutes, then add cold water.
STEP 3
Peel the eggs and cut them into small cubes. Add salt to taste, add mayonnaise, and mix the ingredients with a spoon. If desired, you can add sour cream instead of mayonnaise.
STEP 4
Cut the peeled onion into small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
STEP 5
Add dry spices and salt to the minced meat and liver to taste. Stir the mixture until smooth. If your meat cakes do not hold their shape, add a raw egg to the minced meat.
STEP 6
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet or frying pan; it does not need to be greased with oil. With wet hands, make small cakes and place them at a distance. Distribute fried onions on top.
STEP 7
Then spread the mixture of boiled eggs and mayonnaise.
STEP 8
Grate the raw potatoes on a coarse grater and distribute among the flatbreads.
STEP 9
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle all the stacks with cheese. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
STEP 10
The stacks are baked for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown. The resulting cutlets are aromatic, juicy and very tasty. You can serve it with cereals or with vegetable salad. For children, the haystacks can be cut into two halves. Bon appetit!
