Elegant, tasty, even romantic - try it soon! You will love the delicate, unusual and spicy taste of this dish.
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Cut the fish into fillets with skin on using a sharp knife. We remove the rib part with a knife and the remaining bones using tweezers.
STEP 2

Squeeze the orange juice. We pour it on the fish. Sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle some of the salt under the fillet, sprinkle the rest on top and rub over the entire surface of the fish. Place dill on trout. Wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 20 hours.
STEP 3

We take out the fish and rinse it with cold, boiled water, wipe it dry. Our trout is ready. Thank you for reading and watching my recipe. Bye everyone and bon appetit.

Alexey, why rinse and do you always rinse already salted fish? I ask because I always have either salmon or trout, but it never occurred to me to rinse something (((And I’ll definitely try pickling it with orange juice, although I’m afraid that the orange will overwhelm the taste of the fish - it’s somehow unusual. ..
