  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make lightly salted pink salmon at home? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Best of all, if you get a girl, there is a chance of getting caviar as well. In addition, they almost always have red meat, unlike males. Choose fresh and not frozen fish. She does not have cloudy eyes and dense meat, but this cannot be verified when frozen.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Remove the head and entrails from the pink salmon. Rinse the fish thoroughly and dry thoroughly with a paper towel. Fillet the fish and remove all bones. Read about how to do this at the bottom of the recipe. Do not rush to throw away the cut off head and ridge; they will make an excellent fish broth or soup.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Now remove the skin from the fillet. To do this, insert a sharp thin knife, from the tail side, between the skin and meat. Then, pulling the skin in one direction, move the knife gently along the skin in the other. Be careful not to cut through the skin or leave pieces behind. Divide the fillet into pieces.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour coarse salt, sugar and pepper into a bowl and mix everything. If you wish, you can add fish spices, but look at the ingredients; salt is often added to them.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place a layer of mixture on the bottom of the mold and place the first layer of fish. Sprinkle the salt mixture well on top and add the next layer.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Lay all the pieces in this way, sprinkling them with the mixture and thoroughly covering the top layer.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place a weight on top and put it in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours. After the allotted time, lightly salted fish will be ready to eat.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

    Bon appetit!

I bought pink salmon at the store and decided to cook it according to the lightly salted pink salmon recipe at home. The fish I had was small. After cleaning the pink salmon, removing the skin, separating the fillets, I cut the pieces in half. Then mixed salt, a little sugar, coriander. I salted pink salmon fillets with this mixture on all sides and left them on a plate, placing the pieces on top of each other. I didn’t add a lot of salt, since my fillet was thin. The fish was salted until the morning in the refrigerator. I cut the finished pink salmon into slices, placed it on a plate and sprinkled with vegetable oil. The taste of pink salmon is amazing! The fish itself is soft, tender, juicy! It just melts in your mouth! I recommend everyone to try it. Thank you so much for the recipe!

Proper salting of pink salmon is a skill that not everyone has. I will definitely try your recipe. Perhaps this is the one that will take root in my cookbook. This is also an interesting recipe

Fresh salted fish is an excellent appetizer. You can put it on a sandwich, you can roll it into pancakes with the filling, you can just use it with black bread - it turns out delicious!

The pink salmon turned out wonderful, lightly salted, mine weighed 1.5 kg, it was salted normally in two days, if the weight is less, I think a day is enough.

A wonderful appetizer)) I prepared it in a couple of days, and then quickly made sandwiches))) When you need to cook a lot of things quickly, this is a very good option)) And I’ll definitely remember the version with serving on a plate - it’s beautiful!)) And it will be much cheaper than store-bought pink salmon, and I have complete confidence in the quality :))) I’ll try salting))

I’ve been salting fish like this for a long time, it’s incredibly delicious! Slightly salty, tender, just melts in your mouth. Great for sandwiches or as a snack on its own. Lately, instead of salting the whole fish, I pick out the bones, chop the fillets into pieces and put them in a jar, dipping the fish in a mixture of salt and sugar. I pour oil on top and put it in the refrigerator for a day. As a result, you don’t even need to cut it later :)
