Almost all summer I make lightly salted cucumbers. Fortunately, there are many suitable recipes on your favorite site! The other day I cooked lightly salted cucumbers in a saucepan using the hot method. I also like to pour hot brine over cucumbers, so they pickle faster. And at the same time they remain crispy! I made this batch of cucumbers in the evening, and in the morning we already tried the result. At first they were sweetish, but after a day they became saltier. I didn’t have any spices for the hairpin, so I took spices from bags: cloves, allspice and black peppercorns. I also tried adding a little dried rosemary. And I put horseradish leaves on the bottom. Cucumbers are simply delicious! Very tasty, crispy. By the way, rosemary complements the bouquet of aromas well.
