    How to make pureed red lentil soup PP? Prepare the following ingredients. Red lentils produce a delicate puree-like consistency better than other varieties, so I recommend choosing them. But if you wish, you can take another variety. Medium sized onions and carrots. The water is hot. Tomato paste and fresh tomato, I will use tomatoes in their own juice. Salt and pepper to taste. To serve, you can prepare sour cream and fresh herbs.

    Wash, dry and peel the vegetables. Carrots can be cut, they can be grated (the type of cutting does not really matter, since all the ingredients will be blended in the future with a blender. But the smaller the shredder, the faster the vegetables will cook). Cut the onion into cubes. In a thick-bottomed saucepan, lightly fry the prepared onions and carrots.

    Sort the red lentils. Rinse under running water until the water is clear.

    Add the washed lentils to the fried vegetables and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

    Pour in the required amount of water and bring the soup to a boil, and then reduce the heat to moderate.

    Add chopped tomatoes without skins and tomato paste. You can take fresh or in your own juice - whichever you like best. Add salt and pepper, stir. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the soup over low heat for about 20 minutes. The indicated time may vary depending on the type of lentil. Ideally, it should be boiled. (When the specified time has elapsed, taste the lentils, they should be absolutely soft. If not, cook more)

    Puree the finished soup with a blender. Serve the creamy soup hot, seasoned (if desired) with fresh sour cream.

I made lentil soup for lunch. What attracted me to this recipe was primarily the ease of preparation. I used red lentils. Instead of tomato paste I added ketchup. I added fresh tomatoes, after grating them. I took a little more water for the soup, 1.5 liters. I cooked the soup for 20 minutes, just like the author. The taste of the soup pleasantly surprised me. Despite the minimal set of ingredients, the soup turned out amazingly tasty. It is very tender and rich. It has a very bright taste. And the fact that it took only 30 minutes to prepare the soup is simply good news. Thank you very much for the recipe!

My husband has been asking me to make Turkish lentil soup for a long time. On the website I found the most suitable recipe for PP lentil puree soup. I just added one potato to make it more filling. I took a pan so that I could fry onions and carrots in it. Wash the lentils thoroughly until the water runs clear. Increased the amount of water for soup by 200 ml. because of the potatoes. The soup cooked very quickly! All that remains is to puree with an immersion blender. The texture of the soup is delicate and creamy! It has a very pleasant taste, color and aromatic flavor! My daughter and I added warm cream to our plates. And my husband poured a decent portion of hot red pepper flakes into his portion and added lemon juice. He said that this is now Merdzhimek Chorbasy))). Overall, this soup is good for every taste!

Thanks for the recipe! I’ve tried making many different soups with lentils and I can say that this one turned out the best! For some reason I didn’t add tomato before, but it changes the taste, and for the better. Interesting, of course! But I will continue to experiment; I’ve already added different lentil soups to my storage boxes! But yours is still at the top! Thank you!

I really liked the soup! Delicate, pleasant to the taste, thick. At the same time, the soup is quite nutritious. For me personally, one such plate was enough to have a satisfying lunch. I didn’t fry the vegetables, I chopped them and put them in the pan raw. And instead of sour cream I added heavy cream, still nothing.
