    Boil mussels, shrimp and squid in salted water (I add additional pepper and bay leaf to the water). Cut the squid into cubes.

    Finely chop the onion. You can sprinkle the onions with lemon juice.

    Peel the pear and cut into small cubes. Add Dijon mustard, butter and mayonnaise.

    Mix well and add salt.
