Lenten fried pies with dry yeast in 15 minutes

In warm water

dissolve salt and sugar (I used brown).

Add sifted flour. Pour dry yeast on top and mix it with flour.

Knead the dough.

Add vegetable oil and mix it into the dough.
STEP 6
The consistency of the dough will be slightly softer than regular yeast dough.
STEP 7
Pour a little oil onto the work surface and divide the entire dough into small balls.
STEP 8
Then make cakes from the balls, starting with the first one, so that the dough rests a little and rises.
STEP 9
You can use any filling. I have boiled carrots and stewed cabbage. Chop the cabbage, mix with grated carrots, add onion and simmer in vegetable oil until tender. Salt and pepper.
