    Remove dirty and damaged leaves from cabbage. Since our cabbage is fresh, there is no need to cut it into slices with a knife, but simply separate the leaves of the required weight. I always add silderia root to cabbage soup. For me, carrots and sillerium “go in pairs.” For taste I also added a few sun-dried tomatoes. I only used demi-glace broth (vegetable concentrate) from the freezer. There were no new potatoes, I replaced them with white beans. Woo ala! The aromatic, delicious cabbage soup is ready!
