They brought me a leg of lamb and I immediately decided to cook it without freezing it. And the site came to the rescue in searching for a recipe, I found a wonderful recipe: leg of lamb baked in the oven. I cut off excess fat from the leg and made cuts with a knife. I peeled the garlic, cut it into slices and inserted it into the cuts made. I mixed mustard with spices: salt, pepper, lemon juice and added Caucasian seasoning with aromatic herbs. I coated the lamb leg on all sides with the resulting sauce, wrapped it in foil and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for two days. Then I placed it on a baking sheet and baked it at temperature, following the recommendations, observing the temperature regime. There are no words for how delicious it turned out! The most tender, flavorful meat! As one guest said, awesome leg of lamb! And how many compliments I heard addressed to me for such a delicious dish!!!!
