    During this time, the pepper will soften and release juice. Sterilize jars and lids in any way.

    Fold the resulting salad tightly into jars and fill with the resulting liquid. Set it to sterilize. You can sterilize peppers in the usual way: pour water into a tank/pan, put a towel on the bottom, put jars of lecho, fill them with water up to the hangers, and bring to a boil. Sterilize 1-liter jars for 15 minutes. I use microwave sterilization. I put the jars in and turn on maximum power (a half-liter jar for 5-7 minutes).

I made lecho without tomatoes for the winter using this recipe. I really liked the recipe, I made it with 4.5 kg of pepper and I got 11 half liter jars. I specifically chose three colors of bell pepper for beauty - red, yellow and green. My pepper is fleshy with thick walls, it is very juicy and sweet. I cut the pepper into strips and added spices according to the recipe. After 4 hours, I put the peppers and marinade into jars. Sterilized in boiling water for 12 minutes. She rolled it up and wrapped it up. After cooling, I took the blanks to the basement. Be sure to leave a little pepper for testing. It's mega delicious! The pepper came out juicy, dense, crispy, aromatic and very tasty! I’m very glad that I made this winter preparation using this recipe. Everything is very easy, simple and fast.
