Lean buckwheat porridge with mushrooms

Porridge with mushrooms is good during Lent and any day when you want a light meal! Buckwheat is a food that is easy to prepare and almost impossible to spoil. In addition, this cereal is very useful because it contains a large amount of delicate fiber and pectin. Also contains iron, lecithin and is rich in amino acids. That’s why I’m now sharing a recipe for lean buckwheat porridge with mushrooms. Without salt, the recipe is suitable for a moderate buckwheat diet!

For a Lenten table - the dish is just right - nourishing and tasty. My eldest daughter loves buckwheat very much, no matter what she mixes it with - really - nothing can spoil it

I also fry buckwheat (washed) for 5-7 minutes along with mushrooms. Only then add boiling water, let it boil and cook over low heat under the lid. The porridge crumbles. 🤗
