Any sausage itself is also suitable - I took boiled, you can take ham or smoked, whatever you like or whatever you have on hand.

    If your pita bread is rectangular like mine, first cut it into three strips lengthwise, and then cut each strip in half across. I got six pieces. It is most convenient to cut pita bread with scissors.

    Cut the sausage into wheels about 1.5 centimeters thick. If you have a smoked one with a small diameter, then calculate how many pieces you need for pita bread.

Lately I’ve been enjoying making quick pita breakfasts, it’s quick and convenient. This time I wrapped boiled sausage in pita bread. I liked dipping the pita bread into the egg; this batter softens the dry pita bread a little and when fried it becomes like dough. It turns out to be a kind of pie. The rolls turned out to be quite large, so I cut them in half. It turned out very tasty and satisfying. I made lavash with sausage and eggs for breakfast today. I took boiled sausage. I cut the lavash into strips, making 9 pieces. One egg was enough for me.
