Take long lavash, preferably one sheet. Large, selected eggs are needed. If the eggs are small, take 3-4 pieces. It is better to remove the pita bread from the packaging after preparing all the ingredients, just before forming the roll. Because open pita bread dries out very quickly, cracks and breaks.

    Grate the crab sticks on a coarse grater. To make it easier to grate the crab sticks, first put them in the freezer for 30 minutes.

    Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Then grate them on a fine grater. If you wish, you can increase the number of eggs - the snack will only benefit from this.

Using this recipe, I prepared another type of lavash roll for the holiday table. Pita bread with crab sticks is a classic, absolutely everyone loves it. I really don’t like grating sticks), and besides, the crab sticks were so soft and juicy, I didn’t want to freeze them. I put them in a blender and in a minute I had a chopped, slightly damp mass. I left three sticks intact and decided to experiment and lay them out crosswise, like forming rolls. I distributed the filling in layers and wrapped my “roll”) I pressed a little on all sides to better hold the ingredients together. When slicing, it turned out to be an appetizing cut, I really liked it. The pieces looked gorgeous! The guests liked the appetizer both in appearance and in taste.
