Lavash triangles stuffed with cheese and sausage

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make triangles of pita bread stuffed with cheese and sausage? Let's prepare simple products. Thin pita bread, tomatoes, hard cheese, boiled sausage or any other sausage is also suitable, eggs.
STEP 2

You can take any sausage you like. Cut into circles or whatever you like.
STEP 3

We also cut hard cheese into pieces or circles - depending on what kind of cheese you have - 1 cm thick.
STEP 4

Wash the tomatoes, wipe them and cut them into 1 cm thick slices. If you don’t like tomatoes, you can cook them without them. But believe me, the lavash will be much juicier with them.
STEP 5

Thin pita bread (mine is oval) - cut into strips. These strips are approximately 10 cm wide.
STEP 6

Now comes the fun part - assembly! At the very beginning of the pita bread strip, we lay out the filling - for me it’s a slice of sausage, a slice of tomato and cheese.
STEP 7

We bend the edge of the strip at an angle so that the filling is completely covered with pita bread.
STEP 8

Then we bend the corner in the other direction - we form a triangle - and so we continue to bend it until we have formed a triangle.
STEP 9

In this way we prepare all the strips of pita bread with filling. I got 8 beautiful triangles.
STEP 10

Beat eggs in a bowl. We don't need to beat them too much, just mix them together to make a homogeneous mass. At this stage I salt and pepper the batter. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
STEP 11

Dip the pita triangles into the egg batter and place them in the frying pan. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
STEP 12

Turn over to the other side and fry until golden brown. They turn over very easily and neatly.
STEP 13

Place the finished triangles with filling on a dish and eat! Very tasty with tea or coffee. Delicious both hot and cold.
STEP 14

Cook for your health and bon appetit!
