STEP 1

How to make lavash sandwiches with cheese in a frying pan? Prepare the following ingredients. Lavash needs to be thin. You can take any cheese you like. I use fresh dill, but you can use parsley or a mixture of parsley and dill. Pre-boil the eggs: wash the eggs, place in cold water, put the container on the fire and cook at moderate boil for about 10 minutes, then cool the eggs in cold water.
STEP 2

Rinse fresh dill under running cold water, dry and finely chop. In a deep bowl, mix grated eggs, cheese and chopped dill. If necessary (if the cheese is not very salty), add salt to the mixture.
STEP 3

Place the lavash sheets on the table and cut into strips. Place the filling on the edges of the lavash strips.
STEP 4

Fold the edge of the pita bread to form a triangle. Roll the pita bread along the entire length into a triangle, hide the filling in the pita bread.
STEP 5

The result is neat, dense triangles that hold the filling inside well. You can also roll the pita bread in another way convenient for you, for example, with tubes or envelopes.
STEP 6

Serve ready-made hot lavash sandwiches with filling hot or chilled. Prepared for breakfast, such envelopes will brighten it up very much.
