Lamb ribs in a slow cooker
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Lamb ribs, it is best to cut off 2 ribs, in this case the meat will be more juicy, rinse thoroughly in running water
STEP 2
Dry the ribs with a paper towel, marinate: salt, pepper, spices to taste (I used different ones for meat and dry herbs), squeeze out 5 cloves of garlic and pour pomegranate juice and olive oil on top (just a little)
STEP 3
For marinade of meat
STEP 4
Leave to marinate while preparing the vegetable bed for the ribs
STEP 5
Vegetable pillow: what you have on hand! This time: 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 stalks of celery, a bunch of parsley and a bunch of dill, mix everything (cut at random - I cut it coarsely, because we don’t eat it, it’s purely used for cooking meat)
STEP 6
Tomatoes in their own juice
STEP 7
Prepare the gravy: cut 2-3 tomatoes and juice
STEP 8
Place the pillow on the bottom of the bowl
STEP 9
Place ribs on top
STEP 10
Pour over the sauce and send to simmer on the “stew” mode for 1 hour standard
STEP 11
