I am delighted with the recipe for Lamb in the sleeve in the oven. I followed everything strictly step by step and it turned out great! Marinate for a minimum of 3 hours. Kept in the oven for 20 minutes - 1 hour - 20 minutes. I have a small piece of lamb meat, so I reduced the time accordingly. The vegetables added one by one acquired varying degrees of readiness. The meat was juicy, the potatoes were golden brown, the peppers were crisp, and the onions were fragrant. Baking in a sleeve greatly reduces cooking time and also leaves the baking sheet clean.
