It is better to take very tender cottage cheese, otherwise it will be tedious to punch it with a blender so that there are no grains at all.     Grind the cottage cheese with milk. This will be the first layer of kurutoba.

    Break off a piece of flatbread and break it into medium-sized pieces (for easy eating). Dip each piece with one edge into the cottage cheese mashed with milk. Place a second layer of tortilla pieces.

    Also cut the tomato into medium cubes. Place the chopped tomato on the cucumber layer. I doubted this combination and added a little less tomato. Add salt and pepper to taste.
