STEP 1

How to make kurutob in Tajik? Prepare the necessary ingredients. It is better to take very tender cottage cheese, otherwise it will be tedious to punch it with a blender so that there are no grains at all. STEP 2

Grind the cottage cheese with milk. This will be the first layer of kurutoba.
STEP 3

Break off a piece of flatbread and break it into medium-sized pieces (for easy eating). Dip each piece with one edge into the cottage cheese mashed with milk. Place a second layer of tortilla pieces.
STEP 4

Now cut the fresh cucumber into medium cubes and place in the next layer.
STEP 5

Also cut the tomato into medium cubes. Place the chopped tomato on the cucumber layer. I doubted this combination and added a little less tomato. Add salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 6

Now generously sprinkle everything with fresh herbs. It can be green onions, parsley, cilantro. I have a layer of parsley.
STEP 7

Melt the butter in the microwave or in a water bath and pour it into the kurutob in a thin stream.
