Korean steamed pigodi

Korean steamed pies with pork and cabbage. Consolidation! Pigodi are often called “Korean manti”. But this is a mistake. Pigodi are not manti or dumplings, but steamed pies. Like all Korean food, they are spicy, heavily peppered and light a fire in your mouth. But we, Europeans, can afford to reduce the amount of pepper - the culinary recipe will not suffer from this.

It took 1 hour and 40 minutes to prepare. I liked the Pigodies. Interesting steam pies.

Great dish! I advise you to also cut the pgodia along the seam, pour in a spoonful of ketchup and put in the Korean carrot salad, it’s spicy and not bland! My Korean neighbor did this, and they know the beauty of their dishes)

Actually, this dish is called “PYAN-SE”.... And “PIGODI” is also steamed, but the filling is red fish, and at the end of cooking, the seam is torn and carrots are placed there in Korean style.
