Kefir with cinnamon

A pleasant-tasting drink to protect your health! A healthy lifestyle and healthy diet are the key to longevity. One of the components of a healthy diet is the daily consumption of fermented milk products, in particular kefir. There was information in the press that the Japanese have great respect for our Russian kefir, as if Japanese scientists associate the prevention of cancer with its regular use. If this statement is a publicity stunt of Russian manufacturers, then it does not contradict scientific research. Human immunity directly depends on the condition of the intestines, for which kefir is a benefit.

Kefir with cinnamon? Well, I don’t know... I usually add cinnamon to baked goods or fruit salads, but here to kefir? I'll try it and report back with photos!

I tried it. I will say this - an unusual combination of taste. I added cinnamon to kefir as in the recipe, but in my opinion, it would be better to add kefir to cinnamon, otherwise it didn’t want to stir, it came in lumps... When you drink this drink, you feel the taste of kefir first of all, the aftertaste is cinnamon on the tongue

Elena, lately I’ve been blending kefir and cinnamon in a blender. Then there are no lumps. And the taste becomes smoother and richer. It’s also good to let the drink sit for a while. Then the cinnamon will “take hold” and it will taste better.

But the combination of kefir and cinnamon sounds somehow strange to me. Cinnamon with milk, coffee, tea is usual, but with kefir... You got me interested, girls! I'll definitely try it!!!

I always do this, but in addition to cinnamon, I also add ground ginger. Very tasty (for kefir lovers, of course), and no lumps.

I really love the combination of kefir and cinnamon. But I also add a couple of teaspoons of cranberries to it. That is, I first pour berries into a glass, then cinnamon, mix and pour kefir. Then the cinnamon mixes better.

Cranberries for sourness? And don't you add sugar?
