    Beat 2 eggs into a bowl, add 1 cup of sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy and light.

    Pour in 1 glass of kefir and 1 glass of any jam, I used homemade currant jam. Stir until smooth. Pour 50 grams of vegetable oil into the resulting mass.

    Pour 10 grams of baking powder into 2 cups of flour, mix and sift through a fine sieve into the liquid mass. Gently mix the flour and beat with a mixer until smooth.

    Cover a mold with a diameter of 22 centimeters with parchment paper and coat the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil. Pour in our prepared dough and level it over the entire mold. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.

    Let's make the glaze! Add 2 teaspoons of jam to 100 grams of sour cream and mix until smooth.

    Apply the finished mixture to the pie and spread it over the entire surface with a spoon.
