I have never used a slow cooker to make pancakes or pancakes. Therefore, the recipe for kefir pancakes in a slow cooker interested me. I kneaded the dough into 6 servings. I took 1 percent kefir. Instead of vanilla sugar, I added a little vanillin powder. I didn't have enough flour. I replaced the missing amount with semolina. At first, I didn’t really like frying pancakes this way. It was not very convenient to turn them over, and the first three pieces did not come off the surface of the multicooker bowl very well. But then I got used to it. Before each serving of pancakes, I greased the bowl with vegetable oil. This cooking method is good because the pancakes do not burn, but brown (of course, they may burn if you leave them for a long time). The pancakes turned out tender, soft, fluffy and very tasty. Thank you very much for the recipe!
