    In a convenient container, combine soft butter, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.

    Grind everything to a smooth, homogeneous mass.

I just baked these wonderful donuts with kefir in the oven like my grandmother did. I drink tea with still warm bun cookies and just enjoy their splendor! It only took me half an hour to prepare! The dough is kneaded very quickly, it turns out soft and pliable, and it is a pleasure to work with it. I rolled the balls and laid them out on parchment, the dough did not stick during the baking process, the products came off the sheet perfectly. They were baked for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. The crust turned out so crispy! And inside there is a very, very airy crumb, soft, porous! It looks like a cookie, but fluffy. I was completely satisfied with the sweetness, it was slightly sweet, not cloying. Excellent crumpets, tasty, airy and cooked quickly. I recommend!
