Step-by-step preparation

Cooking timeCooking time: 1 hr
  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

    Required Ingredients

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Place a piece of butter in the multicooker bowl

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Set the "Baking" program for 55 minutes and leave it to warm up.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillet, this time I cut it into cubes

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

We send the chopped fillet to the multivac, which has already warmed up by this time, leave to fry for 15 minutes, during which time you will need to stir once

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and cut the mushrooms into thin slices. I have wild oyster mushrooms, so I have them chopped and boiled in advance; I don’t need to boil mushrooms from the store

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

When the fillet is slightly fried, add the onion and mushrooms to the bowl and fry for another 20 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

After 10 minutes of stirring, I see that I don’t have any liquid left, so I add a little water. If you took fresh mushrooms, then most likely you will have too much liquid - in this case, you can open the lid of the multicooker for 5-10 minutes

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

After the specified time has passed, add flour

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

    Then mustard

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

    Salt a little

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Pour in milk or cream, mix well and leave until the end of the program

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

And I have 12 minutes left before it ends

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

    Three cheese

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

At the end of the “Baking” program, sprinkle the julienne with grated cheese and keep it on the “Warming” program for another 5 minutes so that the cheese melts

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

Well, that's all - our julienne in the slow cooker is ready!

  17. STEP 17

    STEP 17

    Bon appetit!

A good and convenient way of cooking, I’ll try it. I usually cook julienne in a frying pan. Here's a video. Maybe it will be useful to someone.

I was interested in the recipe for julienne in a slow cooker with chicken and mushrooms. Traditionally this is an oven dish. But I’m friends with a slow cooker))) and I really liked this everyday version of julienne! When served, it looks, of course, less impressive than in cocotte makers from the oven, but the taste is great!!! A great option for a family lunch or dinner! I cooked it in the “baking” mode at a temperature of 180 degrees for 45 minutes. My slow cooker did a perfect job! I'm saving the recipe. Thanks to the author!

Good recipe))) It turns out interesting - you can put it on one large dish and it will be the main dish of the festive table))) And everything is stewed so well in a slow cooker)
