STEP 1

How to make juicy chicken kebab? Today I suggest making kebab in a jar in the oven - a long-tested recipe for delicious chicken kebab. Take chicken, tomatoes and sweet peppers, spices and salt, a little sunflower oil.
STEP 2

The shish kebab will turn out juicier from the thighs, so it’s better to take them. Cut off the loin part from the legs, decide for yourself whether to use the skin or not, if you don’t use it, then cut it off, but if you don’t dislike it, then with the skin the kebab turns out even more juicy and fried. Place the trimmed meat in a bowl and marinate in a mixture of spices and salt.
STEP 3

Add quartered ripe tomatoes to the marinade. Knead the chicken well with your hands, rubbing the tomato juice and spices into the meat.
STEP 4

Add salt, in this case garlic salt.
STEP 5

Mix everything well. Let the chicken marinate in the marinade for a little while, or you can do this overnight.
STEP 6

Take wooden skewers, roll up the pieces of meat and thread them through them so that as much meat as possible fits along the length of the skewers and individual pieces do not sag. Thread squares of sweet pepper and tomato between the pieces of chicken; this will additionally add juiciness to the kebabs.
STEP 7

Place the skewers loosely in the jar.
STEP 8

Break off any excess protruding edges and cover the neck with foil. Place the jar in a cold oven and turn it on at 200-180 degrees, setting the timer for 1.5-2 hours.
STEP 9

Remove the finished kebab in the jar from the oven, carefully remove the foil and remove the skewers with aromatic and rosy chicken.
STEP 10
