Pour twenty milliliters of olive oil into a bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 6
Sift two hundred and fifty grams of wheat flour into a common bowl in parts.
STEP 7
Place one teaspoon of sea salt in a bowl.
STEP 8
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl with each other and knead the dough to the desired consistency, then cover the bowl with a towel and set aside to rise for twenty minutes.
STEP 9
After twenty minutes, grease your fingers with olive oil, then without kneading, stretch the dough in the bowl from all sides and pull it up, then cover the bowl with a towel and set aside for thirty minutes.
STEP 10
After time has passed, we perform all the manipulations with the dough one more time and, covering the top with a towel, set aside for thirty minutes.
