I had some cottage cheese left and I was thinking about what to cook with it. Scrolling through the feed, I saw a recipe for a pie made from puff pastry with cottage cheese, and I decided on it. I took ready-made puff pastry, this greatly reduced the cooking time, I just had to defrost it. I formed the cake as described in the recipe, brushed the top with beaten egg and sprinkled with streusel. Bake the pie until golden brown. In my oven it took longer than the author's. I and the whole family really liked the pie. I served it with tea. Once again I was convinced that baking with cottage cheese is very tasty!
