Homemade noodle soup with rabbit

STEP 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2

Place rabbit back or brisket in water and boil until tender.
STEP 3

While the meat is cooking, prepare the noodles. Break an egg into a cup, pour water, salt and add vegetable oil.
STEP 4

The dough should be tight.
STEP 5

Roll out the dough into a thin sheet.
STEP 6

Cut the leaf into not very wide strips and cut into thin noodles.
STEP 7

Scatter the finished noodles onto a tray and dry while the meat is cooking. These noodles can also be prepared as a reserve for other soups. It is perfectly stored in a cloth bag.

For the soup, grate the red carrots.
STEP 9

Finely chop the onion.
STEP 10

Peel and cut the potatoes. Throw all the vegetables into the pan with the meat when the rabbit is completely boiled. Add salt to taste.

About 10 minutes before the potatoes are fully cooked, discard the noodles and taste again for salt. The soup turns out very aromatic, tender and healthy. Pour the soup into bowls and serve. Bon appetit!
