Homemade lazy dumplings

We prepare the necessary ingredients with spices to prepare delicious lazy dumplings.

To prepare the dough, break one chicken egg into a large bowl and add one teaspoon of salt.
STEP 3

Pour one hundred twenty-five milliliters of milk into a bowl and mix.
STEP 4

Pour one hundred twenty-five milliliters of boiled water into a bowl and mix well.
STEP 5

Add three tablespoons of vegetable oil to the bowl.
STEP 6

Place five hundred grams of pre-sifted flour into a bowl in parts and begin to knead the dough with a whisk.
STEP 7

Continue to knead the dough well in the bowl with your hands.
STEP 8

Pour the required amount of flour onto the table and place the dough on it, then knead it thoroughly with your hands for ten minutes, then put it in a plastic bag for thirty minutes.

Place five hundred grams of homemade minced meat in a bowl and add salt to taste.
STEP 10

Add a mixture of peppers to the bowl with minced meat to taste.
STEP 11

Very finely chop one onion.
STEP 12

Place finely chopped garlic cloves and onions in a bowl with minced meat.
STEP 13

Pour seventy milliliters of water into a common bowl.

Mix the minced meat well until smooth.

Prepare the frying agent for seasoning the broth and finely chop one onion.

Pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it on the stove and put chopped onions in it.

Fry the onion, stirring constantly until golden brown.

Grate one medium carrot on a coarse grater.

Place the grated carrots in the frying pan with the onions and fry until soft.

Add one finely chopped clove of garlic to the pan, dry herbs to taste and a mixture of peppers, then mix all the ingredients together.

After thirty minutes, sprinkle the table with the required amount of flour and lay out the dough, which we then roll well in flour.

Divide the prepared dough into several approximately equal pieces.

Roll each piece of dough into a thin flat cake, which we cut into strips about ten centimeters wide.

Spread the required amount of minced meat onto each strip of dough in an even layer and very carefully roll it into a fairly tight roll.

We adhere the edges and ends of each roll very well.

Cut each prepared roll into pieces about one centimeter wide.
STEP 27

Pour the required amount of water into the pan, add salt and bay leaf to taste and stir, bring to a boil on the stove, then put the required number of dumplings into the pan.

Add one and a half tablespoons of the prepared dressing to the broth as soon as the dumplings in the pan float and mix.
STEP 29

Cook the dumplings for about ten minutes, then arrange them on plates, optionally with or without broth, and then serve. Bon appetit everyone!
